About the Role

The Company is in search of a visionary, mission-driven CEO to guide the organization through its next phase of growth and impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting strategic direction, shaping policy, and overseeing the overall performance and management of the organization. This includes strengthening the organization's capacity, driving growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, culturally competent healthcare to underserved populations. The CEO will be a collaborative and transparent communicator, building trusted relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, and will lead with a focus on innovation, accountability, and operational alignment. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a Master's degree in Public Health or Business Administration, or a minimum of 4 years' related experience in a non-profit setting, with a preference for those with FQHC experience. The role requires the ability to lead and manage a large, complex primary care ambulatory clinic, with a significant operating budget and staff across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic leadership within complex healthcare settings, balancing financial stewardship with operational excellence, and ensuring sustainable growth and high-quality, integrated care. Executive-level experience in operations, finance, personnel management, and healthcare, as well as a deep understanding of the FQHC regulatory environment, is essential. The CEO must be adept at handling change and navigating the current political and fiscal challenges in the industry, and a commitment to health equity and serving underserved communities is paramount.
