About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead nursing practice and operational performance in a large, complex acute care environment. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, relationship-driven, and innovative leader with a strategic and energetic approach. Key responsibilities for the CNO include ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional nursing care across all units, leading initiatives to enhance quality, patient safety, care experience, workforce development, and operational efficiency, and building a culture of excellence that is sustained through a strong foundation in nursing practices. The role also involves leading the renovation and expansion of the Emergency Department and fostering a culture that values openness, responsiveness, and accountability. The ideal CNO will have a proven track record of leading nursing teams and must be adept at building authentic, collaborative relationships with both clinical and administrative leaders, as well as developing highly responsive partnerships with the medical staff.
