About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing & Brand to take on the role of Founding Marketer. This senior marketing leader will be instrumental in establishing the company's brand strategy, positioning, and narrative, with a focus on creating a compelling market-facing story that resonates with middle-market executives and technical buyers. The successful candidate will lead foundational marketing initiatives, shape the early go-to-market strategy, and set up the marketing infrastructure to support future growth. This is a pivotal opportunity for an individual who is adept at balancing creativity with strategic rigor, and who is motivated by the prospect of true ownership and influence in a zero-to-one environment. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' of senior marketing experience, particularly within B2B, enterprise software, AI, data, or infrastructure, and a proven track record of building and scaling brands from inception or early stage. They should be an exceptional storyteller with strong strategic instincts and creative judgment, comfortable with both hands-on operations and long-term vision setting. Experience as an early or founding marketer in a high-growth startup and a history of close partnership with CEOs, technical founders, and sales leadership are essential.
