The successful candidate will not be required to bring a portable book of business, and the role is not commission-based. The Head of Wealth will be responsible for promoting a forward-thinking, team-oriented environment, and will act as a transformation champion to enhance the firm's market position. The role also includes driving firm growth through referrals, business development, and increasing marketplace visibility. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a proven track record in a similar leadership position, with a deep understanding of the multi-family office sector and a strong network within the high-net-worth client community.
