About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead its operational functions with a focus on systems, data, people operations, and program integration. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to ensure the organization's core operations are in line with its mission of recruiting, preparing, placing, and retaining Black male teachers in elementary schools. This role is pivotal in translating the organization's vision into action, strengthening its infrastructure, and supporting strategic priorities to scale its impact. The COO will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing internal and external partnerships, and ensuring the organization has the capacity and stability to make an excellent education a reality for all children.
