About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Human Resources to take on a pivotal, hands-on role in leading and evolving the full HR function. The successful candidate will be the most senior HR leader, serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and managing day-to-day people operations. This includes serving as the primary point of contact for employee HR needs, overseeing benefits administration, leave of absence processes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The role also involves partnering with the leadership team on compensation strategy, leading recruiting efforts, and actively shaping the company culture. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in compensation, employee relations, and HR systems, with a strong working knowledge of payroll and compliance, and the ability to roll up their sleeves and get the work done. The Head of HR will be a key player in the company's growth, with direct influence on culture, compensation, and people programs. They must be a confident, capable HR leader, comfortable operating independently, and with a proven ability to work closely with senior executives. The role requires a self-starter with high emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate different personalities. While not mandatory, experience with HRIS implementations and exposure to publicly traded environments is a plus. The position is fully on-site in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who enjoys modernizing processes and being the go-to resource for employees and leaders alike.
