About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Counsel for its Health System. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters within the health system and serving as the primary legal advisor to the Chief Executive Officer, senior leadership, and the Board of Directors. Candidates for the Chief Counsel position should have a proven track record of leadership and management, with a preference for those who have held senior legal positions in highly regarded academic medical centers or large healthcare systems.
