About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to spearhead the program execution and strategic delivery of its large-scale AI and high-performance computing (HPC) data center platform. This executive business leadership role is pivotal in translating business objectives into tangible outcomes, particularly in the areas of schedule, capital deployment, and cross-functional alignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program leadership, from the initial concept to the steady-state operations, and will be expected to build and execute a multi-phase delivery roadmap that aligns with AI and HPC growth objectives. Key responsibilities include driving schedules, milestones, and delivery accountability, establishing program governance, and leading business case development to enhance capital efficiency and financial outcomes. Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in leading large, complex infrastructure or technology programs, with a proven track record in capital-intensive, schedule-driven delivery environments. The role requires strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead through influence and ambiguity. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, with an MBA or equivalent being a desirable qualification. Experience in AI and HPC infrastructure organizations, as well as exposure to power generation, energy strategy, or critical facility operations, is also advantageous. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-ownership, clear accountability, and measurable outcomes work environment, and will be adept at cross-functional partnership and operational rigor.
