About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Technology and Innovation for Autonomous Mobility. This pivotal role is at the forefront of the most significant transformation in the automotive and insurance industries, leading the shift from human-operated to software-defined, autonomous mobility. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and integrating the autonomous mobility strategy, including direct integration with OEM autonomous stacks to access granular driving data. Key deliverables include architecting high-velocity pipelines for telemetry and sensor fusion, developing a dynamic pricing engine based on software quality, and deploying AI agents for real-time insurance negotiations. The role demands a deep understanding of ADAS, L3, and L5 autonomy, as well as expertise in AI, IoT, and telemetry, with a strong focus on execution and innovation. Applicants for this role at the company should be AI-first technologists with a proven track record in LLMs, agentic workflows, and machine learning. The ideal candidate will be an IoT and telemetry expert, with extensive experience in handling time-series data from connected devices. Technical proficiency in 5G/MQTT/Starlink connectivity layers and data pipeline architecture is essential.
