The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to take on a pivotal, hands-on leadership role. The VP of Finance will lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management, and will be responsible for mentoring an internal team, driving compliance, and ensuring financial discipline across the company and its affiliated entities. The ideal candidate for this role at the company is a seasoned finance leader with a background in a private, capital-intensive business. Strong expertise in banking, balance sheets, and cash flow is essential, and a CPA is strongly preferred. While a background in homebuilding, construction, real estate development, or a related industry is a plus, it is not a prerequisite.
