About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission-driven organization. The CEO will be responsible for aligning the company's strategy, operations, and culture with a focus on improving healthcare experiences and outcomes for members, as well as strengthening the organization's long-term resilience and capacity. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in guiding mission-driven organizations, shaping policy, and delivering measurable results. The successful candidate will be accountable and solutions-oriented, politically savvy, and knowledgeable about Medicare, Medi-Cal, and managed care financing. They must be strategic planners, collaborative, and effective communicators, with a commitment to innovation and a passion for advancing health equity. The ideal CEO for the company will have a Master's degree in a related field, at least 15 years' of progressive healthcare experience, and a minimum of 10 years' in management roles, including five at the senior leadership level. Experience in administering Medicaid, Medicare, and other public programs is essential, with a preference for direct experience in Medi-Cal. The role involves leading the development and implementation of strategic goals, fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture, and ensuring the organization's long-term sustainability. The CEO will also be the public face of the organization, cultivating strong relationships with members, providers, community leaders, and government partners.
