About the Role

The Company is seeking a Campus President for its Wilmington Hospital, a key community hospital and access point for care in the region. The successful candidate will be the senior executive leader of the hospital, with full accountability for campus performance. This role involves operationalizing system strategy, leading all clinical and non-clinical operations, and driving results across various domains, including quality, safety, clinical effectiveness, patient experience, caregiver experience, financial performance, and campus growth. The Campus President will also be responsible for strategic expansion initiatives, championing excellence, and serving as a key community leader and ambassador. Applicants for the Campus President position at the company's Wilmington Hospital must have a Master’s degree, preferably in a related field, and at least 10 years of results-oriented experience in healthcare operations, financial management, and development. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in integrated healthcare delivery systems, knowledge of healthcare trends, and proven leadership and management skills in a complex, matrixed environment.
