About the Role
The Company is in search of a CEO to spearhead the revitalization and growth of its restaurant franchise brand. This pivotal role is focused on enterprise strategy, franchise system health, and long-term value creation. The successful candidate will be tasked with setting and executing the company's growth strategy, leading a high-performance executive team, and ensuring the brand is positioned for both regional and national success. A key aspect of the role is to build a brand that franchisees can scale profitably, with a strong emphasis on unit economics, operational excellence, and brand integrity. We are looking for a proven executive with a background in franchising, restaurants, or multi-unit retail, who has a track record of scaling a franchise or multi-unit brand. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of franchise economics, FDDs, and franchisee relations, and be a strong operator with experience in leading executive teams. Success in this role will be measured by the profitability and growth of franchisees, improved unit economics, and a disciplined, sustainable approach to development. The CEO will also be responsible for fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and franchisee partnership, and must be a high-integrity leader who can balance growth with system health.
