The role also involves training and mentoring the accounting team, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of financial reports and audits, and maintaining proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency in their work.
