About the Role

The Company is seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission of strengthening and enriching the lives of individuals and families. The ideal candidate will be a transformational nonprofit leader with a strong background in human services, particularly in mental and behavioral health, and a proven track record in fundraising and revenue generation. Key responsibilities for the CEO include strategic planning, program management, and deepening community engagement and partnerships. The successful candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors to execute the current strategic plan and develop new plans that align with the evolving needs of the community. They will also be tasked with elevating the organization's visibility and fostering strong relationships with partner agencies. The CEO should be a people-centered culture builder, a visible community ambassador, and a leader who is deeply connected to the values and culture of the community they serve. The role demands a full-time commitment and the ability to work with flexibility to meet the demands of the position.
