The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to be a key strategic and operational leader. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation, and the SVP will be expected to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring all operational areas are in line with strategic priorities and regulatory expectations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality results, and will also serve as a trusted advisor to the President & CEO, supporting leadership effectiveness and ensuring strong execution across the organization. Candidates for the Senior Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in credit union operations, with a focus on substantial management and supervisory responsibilities. Direct credit union experience is a requirement for this role. The role demands a forward-thinking leader with a deep knowledge of credit union operations, including branch operations, compliance, member services, and initiatives that support member growth, engagement, and community presence. The SVP will be expected to identify opportunities for improvement, implement process enhancements, and promote a culture centered on collaboration and exceptional member service.
