About the Role

The Company is in search of a Finance Manager to take on a pivotal role in leading its financial operations and supporting the executive team in achieving strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in cash management, P&L oversight, balance sheet management, and financial reporting. Key responsibilities for this role include overseeing all day-to-day financial operations, managing a small team of finance and accounting professionals, and ensuring the financial health and transparency of the organization. The Finance Manager will also be expected to maintain and enforce internal controls, participate in leadership and operational meetings, and work closely with the CEO and leadership team to provide financial insights and recommendations. Applicants for the Finance Manager position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' professional finance or accounting experience, with a strong understanding of financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting. Proficiency in financial systems such as Salesforce or QuickBooks is required, and experience in a Big 4, public accounting, or audit-focused background is highly preferred. The role demands exceptional communication skills, a high level of integrity, and a dedication to the values of the organization. The ideal candidate will be local to the Miami area, bilingual in Spanish and English, and possess the ability to work onsite.
