About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Legal to join their team. This is a pivotal role, as the successful candidate will be the first legal hire and will be responsible for leading all legal activities with a strong focus on commercial growth and deals. The ideal candidate for the Head of Legal position at the company will have a JD and a minimum of 5-10 years' of relevant legal experience, with a background that includes both a top law firm and in-house experience, particularly in the tech sector. Experience in negotiating large-scale deals and a proven track record of working in a high-growth tech startup environment to scale the legal function are essential. The role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively embed the legal function within the business and is adept at handling the legal aspects of commercial growth and deals.
