About the Role
The Company is seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer to steer its financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will be a senior finance leader with a strong background in both strategic finance and day-to-day accounting, particularly within a small- to mid-sized manufacturing environment. This role demands a CFO who can balance long-range financial planning with active involvement in daily financial operations, and who is adept at working closely with operational teams to enhance profitability, drive cost efficiency, and maintain financial discipline. Key responsibilities for the CFO include directing the accounting and finance function, overseeing cash position and liquidity planning, and partnering with operations to identify and capitalize on cost-saving opportunities. The successful candidate will also be responsible for evaluating capital investment proposals, supporting pricing strategy, and leading financial close activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting. A deep knowledge of cash flow oversight, liquidity management, and working capital control is essential, as is the ability to provide actionable financial analysis that supports decision-making and improves overall business performance. While not mandatory, experience in a private equity-backed environment is considered a plus.
