About the Role

The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for Perioperative Services, a pivotal role in the organization's rapidly growing healthcare enterprise. The successful candidate will be a key figure in shaping and leading the perioperative platform, which includes high-volume operating rooms, procedural areas, and expanding surgical programs. This executive will be responsible for providing systemwide leadership, driving operational excellence, and improving efficiency, throughput, and block utilization within the perioperative services. The role demands a data-driven and innovative approach, with a focus on disciplined execution and data-informed decision-making. The ideal candidate for the AVP position will be an operations astute nursing leader with a strong background in perioperative and surgical services across multiple sites. They should be recognized as a collaborative and team-based leader, with a proven track record in building strong relationships. The role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage the complexities of a large perioperative platform and is committed to the highest standards of patient care and safety. The AVP will work closely with the Chief Nursing Officer and other senior leaders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered perioperative services.
