About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost to provide visionary leadership and strategic direction in the pursuit of academic excellence. The Provost will be responsible for all aspects of the academic enterprise, including program development, faculty and staff oversight, student support, and retention. A strong understanding of the social, political, and economic factors affecting higher education is essential, as is a collaborative leadership style that fosters trust and engagement with all stakeholders. The Provost will also be expected to work closely with the Office of Advancement to secure funding for academic programs and with the Office of Admissions to support student recruitment efforts.
