The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President, Finance to take on a pivotal role in leading the finance function and serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial strategy, planning, controls, and performance management within a complex, multi-entity environment. This includes leading all aspects of financial management such as reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow planning, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory, tax, and statutory reporting requirements. The role also involves driving timely and accurate financial reporting, leading the annual budgeting and reforecasting processes, and providing financial insight to support various business initiatives. Applicants for the Senior Vice President, Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a CPA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred. Significant leadership experience in finance, particularly within real estate, development, retail, hospitality, or other complex multi-entity businesses, is essential.
