About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to support a principal whose work is deeply rooted in creative practice, social impact, and experimental project development. The successful candidate will serve as the principal's right-hand partner, playing a central role in the vision distillation, strategic extension, and mindful prioritization of the principal's diverse and dynamic ecosystem. This includes acting as a thought partner, providing judgment and pushback, and managing crisis situations with a cool head. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for ecosystem integration, traffic control, and external liaison, ensuring that the intent of the principal's work is communicated clearly across a global network of collaborators and advisors. Key responsibilities for the Chief of Staff at the company include team leadership, end-to-end project ownership, and relationship stewardship. The role demands a high standard of excellence, with a focus on maintaining quality, detail, and aesthetic alignment in all outputs. The ideal candidate will be a momentum builder, capable of driving initiatives forward and managing key partnerships with professionalism, discretion, and warmth. They must be adept at context integration, seamlessly moving between personal, operational, and creative domains, and be a steward of personal flow and private affairs, overseeing the principal's private life and well-being with the utmost care and attention.
