About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Sales to lead the development of enterprise-level relationships with national General Contractors. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing a strategic plan to grow partnerships with both national and regional GCs, as well as identifying and prioritizing target GCs for market expansion. This role requires a leader who can ensure a cohesive national brand presence, lead a large sales force, and foster strong relationships with Divisional Presidents. The VP of Sales will also be tasked with driving new project opportunities, increasing cross-sell engagement, and leading the negotiation of Master Service Agreements with major national players. Applicants must have a minimum of 10-15 years' of experience in business development or sales leadership within the commercial construction industry, with a specific focus on specialty subcontracting. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in enterprise sales, a deep understanding of the commercial construction lifecycle, and the ability to travel as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of senior-level contacts at national General Contractors and be adept at managing large-scale accounts across multiple geographies. A background in a growth-driven, private equity-backed environment is essential, as is the ability to work with a sales force to meet activity targets and conversion goals.
