As the Vice President of Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for hunting and conquering the market, spending the majority of your time in the field, and engaging potential clients face-to-face. You will also be expected to consult and innovate, delivering compelling presentations and tailoring service offerings to meet client needs. Nurturing and elevating long-term partnerships with existing accounts is a key aspect of the role, as is collaborating with internal teams to develop customized business analyses and proposals. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic sales driver with a deep understanding of the staffing industry in the relevant market, and will have demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding sales KPIs. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities are essential, as is a background in large, high-volume staffing environments and experience in winning multi-million dollar staffing deals.
