A Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting is required, with a Master's degree and CPA designation preferred. The CFO will be expected to have at least four years of related experience, be proficient in PC software, and possess excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities also include leading staff training in financial management, overseeing shareholder operations, and investor relations. The role demands a professional who can set priorities, meet deadlines, and resolve complex financial problems, while also being a mentor and leader for the financial team.
