About the Role

This role requires a leader with a strong background in social enterprise, a proven track record in business growth, and a deep understanding of financial principles. The President and CEO will also be tasked with driving financial sustainability, expanding and diversifying revenue, and serving as the primary ambassador to government, industry, and community partners. Candidates for the President and CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of senior executive leadership experience, with a preference for those who have worked in social enterprise or mission-driven environments. The role demands a leader with the ability to lead organizational transformation, champion modernization, and ensure full compliance with relevant requirements. The ideal candidate will have exceptional relationship-building skills, be a strong communicator, and possess high emotional intelligence. Strategic thinking, the ability to make tough decisions, and a commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging are also essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred, and the candidate must be willing to travel as needed.
