The Company is in search of a Vice President of Translational Medicine and Clinical Biomarkers to lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide strategies in this critical area. This high-impact role involves owning the end-to-end translational and biomarker strategy across multiple pipeline programs, from early target engagement to late-phase clinical development. The VP will be responsible for managing biomarker programs, ensuring scientific rigor and regulatory compliance, and overseeing the integration of advanced translational data modalities to support precision medicine initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners is key, as is the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should hold a Ph.D. in a relevant life sciences discipline and have a minimum of 15 years' experience in translational medicine or biomarker research, with a significant portion in senior leadership roles within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. A proven track record in leading biomarker programs from IND to proof-of-concept, including regulatory interactions, is essential. The role requires hands-on expertise in multiplex and molecular biomarker technologies, bioinformatics, and translational data integration. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills are also necessary to drive operational excellence and foster a culture of scientific innovation.
