Collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners is key, as is the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should hold a Ph.D. in a relevant life sciences discipline and have a minimum of 15 years' experience in translational medicine or biomarker research, with a significant portion in senior leadership roles within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. A proven track record in leading biomarker programs from IND to proof-of-concept, including regulatory interactions, is essential.
