This role requires a servant leader with previous hospital executive leadership experience, particularly in a critical access or rural healthcare setting, and a demonstrated ability to engage with physicians, employees, and community stakeholders. The Interim CEO must be highly organized, patient-focused, and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to the changing needs of the organization. Applicants for the Interim Chief Executive Officer position at the company must have a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred. A background as a Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, or in senior hospital leadership within a critical access or rural healthcare setting is required. The role demands a leader who can start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance and is capable of providing the necessary support to the hospital's 145 employees and 20 physicians during the interim period. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and dynamic individual, ready to take on the challenges of the role and make a significant impact on the organization and the community it serves.
