About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Ancillary Services to spearhead the strategic growth and performance of key service lines. This executive will be responsible for developing and executing a scalable strategy to expand and optimize ancillary offerings, with a focus on driving EBITDA growth and increasing the contribution of ancillary revenue. The role involves standardizing and scaling operations across a multi-site platform, establishing KPIs, and leading de novo expansion opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling service lines within multi-site or high-growth environments, strong operational and financial acumen, and the ability to work independently while influencing physician stakeholders. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Ancillary Services at the company include operational leadership, financial performance, and physician and stakeholder partnership. The successful candidate will own full P&L responsibility for ancillary service lines, lead budgeting and forecasting, and leverage data to drive improvement initiatives. They will also be tasked with building strong alignment with physician partners, collaborating with executive leadership, and serving as a key liaison across clinical, operational, and corporate teams. The role requires a leader with 8-12+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare services, a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), and a background in de novo development and/or M&A integration.
