About the Role

The Company is in search of a Group Head of Finance to take on a pivotal role in leading all financial, tax, and accounting activities for a multi-entity, multi-generational organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic financial planning, investment reporting, accounting oversight, cash flow management, and ensuring regulatory compliance across a sophisticated and diversified portfolio. This executive position demands a professional with a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, a CPA or equivalent, and a minimum of 15 years' experience in accounting and finance, particularly within investment management. The role requires a proven track record in managing complex, multi-entity structures, and experience as a Controller, CFO, or Head of Finance in a similar financial environment. Key responsibilities for the Group Head of Finance include leading end-to-end financial operations, overseeing general ledger accounts, and preparing financial statements. The role also involves analyzing and managing cash flow, tracking multi-asset investments, and maintaining records of capital calls and distributions. The ideal candidate will have advanced analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and a strong background in implementing and enhancing financial systems. They must be a trusted advisor with a high level of discretion and professionalism, capable of collaborating with senior leadership and external partners. The position is highly visible and requires the utmost discretion and confidentiality in all financial matters.
