About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Sales for the West Region, a pivotal leadership role that will be instrumental in shaping the radiopharmaceutical landscape and successfully launching a new product. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing regional sales strategies that align with national objectives, leading a high-performing sales team, and driving commercial objectives and revenue growth. This includes recruiting, coaching, and managing the team, overseeing sales execution, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key healthcare providers, contributing market insights for launch strategies, and supporting customer-centric solution development. Applicants for the Head of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales leadership, preferably within oncology, specialty pharmaceuticals, or radiopharmaceuticals. A strong track record in team management, expertise in account management, and a deep understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem, particularly in oncology, are essential. Experience in the nuclear medicine and radio-pharmacy sector is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to launch innovative therapies in complex markets, possess strong collaboration and communication skills, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on a launch-ready mentality. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
