About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations for one of its core businesses, a market-leading, multi-service field services company. The successful candidate will be a hands-on operational leader, responsible for the day-to-day performance of the business, including field operations, workforce management, technology and systems, customer and account management, estimating and pricing, vendor management, and financial performance. This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth strategy, with a focus on improving execution, and will involve full ownership of the company's NYC footprint. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Operations include owning end-to-end service delivery, driving technician productivity, and overseeing dispatch operations. The role also involves managing a field workforce, developing and modernizing technology and systems, maintaining high levels of customer service, and ensuring financial efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in field service operations, be a hands-on operator, and have experience with field service management platforms. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential, and experience in a PE-backed or high-growth environment is a plus.
