The Company is in search of a Chief Banking Officer (CBO) to join its executive leadership team. The CBO will also be instrumental in overseeing branch operations, customer experience, and sales performance, as well as building strong partnerships with local businesses and community organizations. Candidates for the CBO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in banking or financial services, with a proven track record in strategic growth, team leadership, and business development. A strong understanding of retail and commercial banking operations, as well as experience leading across multiple branches or regions, is essential. The role requires an executive presence with a hands-on, collaborative leadership style and strong relationship-building skills both internally and externally.
