About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of providing pro bono legal assistance and support to the arts community. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the integration of legal, business, and organizational support services, with a focus on strengthening the company's role as a capacity-building partner. This includes developing service pathways for clients, ensuring a seamless entry point for artists and arts organizations, and positioning the company as a central figure in the arts ecosystem. While experience in the management of legal services is preferred, it is not required. The ideal Executive Director will inherit a mission-driven staff and Board, and will be expected to guide the organization through a period of transition and modernization.
