The Company is seeking a VP, Sales to play a pivotal role in accelerating organic growth and enhancing commercial execution across its regional operating companies. The successful candidate will be a proven player-coach and field commercial operator, with a strong background in leading and scaling high-performing sales organizations, particularly in multi-site, decentralized, or branch-based business environments. This executive will be responsible for regional sales leadership, driving new business growth, and expanding strategic accounts. They must be adept at talent assessment, recruiting, and capability building, and be able to partner with operating company leadership to translate enterprise growth priorities into effective branch-level sales execution. The role demands a hands-on, highly visible sales leader who can coach and upgrade field talent, instill sales discipline, and ensure consistent execution across the commercial landscaping platform. The ideal candidate will have a background in relevant industries such as commercial landscaping, facilities management, or other technician-led B2B models, and experience in PE-backed or high-growth environments. Key responsibilities include leading a geographically dispersed team, driving organic revenue growth, and using commercial analytics to manage performance. The role also requires a leader who is highly fluent in modern sales technology and data-driven commercial management, with a focus on CRM and sales enablement platforms. The candidate should be enterprise-minded, with a builder's mentality, and possess the ability to influence and persuade, while being operationally pragmatic and comfortable in ambiguity. Performance will be measured by organic revenue growth, new contract value, and various sales and customer retention metrics.
