About the Role

The Company is in need of a Vice President of Portfolio Risk and Performance to oversee the gathering, organization, and maintenance of information related to both new and existing investments. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the refinement of analytical tools and frameworks used to monitor portfolio activity and performance, as well as assisting with data collection and analysis to support the valuation processes of ongoing investments. This role requires close collaboration with investment teams to track essential company-level details and with reporting teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of valuations and presentation materials. Applicants must have more than 10 years' of experience in finance, investment management, or a related financial services field, with a minimum of 5 years in private credit portfolio monitoring or analytics, including a familiarity with reviewing lending documents. A strong understanding of private credit strategies across various lending sectors is essential, as is prior experience with tools and systems commonly used in private lending or broadly syndicated loan environments. The role demands advanced technical abilities, including proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Python, or similar tools, and the candidate should possess strong communication skills, the ability to interpret financial, legal, and operational details, and a solid foundation in accounting and tax concepts relevant to investment analysis. A proven track record of coordinating with functional experts such as legal, compliance, tax, and accounting, and a strong analytical mindset for managing complex data and supporting decision-making are also required.
