Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, with a master’s degree preferred, and 5-10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience. Strong knowledge of financial systems, regulatory compliance, and a proven background in fiscal strategy are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare operations or physician group practice environments, expertise in financial analysis, and outstanding communication skills. Day-to-day responsibilities also include mentoring the finance team, driving continuous process improvement, and effectively communicating financial matters to stakeholders at all levels. The CFO will be expected to have a strong presence, confidence, and the ability to work with boards and senior stakeholders.
