About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Recruiting for Accounting and Finance to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in the full lifecycle recruiting of accounting and finance professionals, from sourcing to placement. The successful candidate will be responsible for training and developing a team of recruiters, as well as establishing and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients. A key aspect of the role is to collect and analyze data to enhance recruiting processes, build a candidate pipeline, and work closely with leadership to strategize on hiring needs. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience, with a preference for those who have worked in the accounting and finance industry, particularly in an agency setting. The role requires a candidate with a high sense of urgency, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading, mentoring, and growing the careers of others, and be adept at coordinating the interview process while addressing any client or candidate concerns.
