About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP Commercial Portfolio Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the company's portfolio of business by servicing both prospective and current customers with a range of commercial loans. This includes conducting regular risk reviews, financial statement analysis, and being directly involved in underwriting, document review, and ongoing portfolio management. The role also involves collaborating with underwriters, drafting term sheets, and communicating loan terms with borrowers, as well as monitoring the portfolio for revenue opportunities and loan exposures. Applicants for the VP Commercial Portfolio Manager position at the company should ideally have a Bachelor’s degree and 5 to 10 years' of experience in commercial lending portfolio management. A strong knowledge of credit and lending policies, proficiency in PC software tools, and experience in banking financial analysis are essential. The role requires strong analytical, underwriting, organizational, and time management skills.
