About the Role

The Company is in search of a General Manager and Senior Vice President for the Americas region. This executive leadership role is pivotal in setting and executing the regional strategy in alignment with global objectives, with a strong focus on driving profitable growth and leading both commercial and operational performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for full P&L ownership, including revenue growth, margin optimization, and cost control. Key responsibilities also include overseeing the go-to-market strategy, pricing, and customer segmentation, as well as ensuring sales and operations are in sync to meet demand, supply chain, and service level requirements. The role demands a leader who can build and develop a high-performing regional team, identify market opportunities, and strengthen the company's brand presence and market positioning across the Americas. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' leadership experience, including at least 5 years in an executive role, is required, with a proven track record in the consumer products or related B2B industry.
