About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be a key player in driving the financial strategy, operational performance, and long-range planning across several business units. This role is pivotal in ensuring the organization's financial health and growth, particularly in the context of a multi-entity, service-driven environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as overseeing accounting, treasury, cash flow, and financial reporting functions. A strong focus will be on partnering with operational leadership to enhance profitability and efficiency, supporting capital planning, and leading strategic financial initiatives. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, with a CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred. A minimum of 6 years' progressive financial leadership experience, particularly in a multi-entity or multi-unit operational finance setting, is required. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting, as well as experience in leading finance teams within complex organizations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong executive partnerships, and will be adept at driving process improvement and financial transparency initiatives.
