The Head of Growth will own the full consumer funnel, from top-of-funnel awareness to early retention, and must be adept at running multiple experiments, with a deep understanding of consumer growth mechanics and a strong background in trust-based positioning and emotional intelligence. Applicants for the Head of Growth position at the company should have a background that includes a strong emphasis on AI and a proven track record in greenfield build environments. The role requires a candidate who is comfortable with the nuances of mental health subject matter and can ensure that trust, credibility, and emotional safety are central to all consumer touchpoints.
