About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Credit Risk Management team, with a focus on project finance credit risk in the infrastructure and power sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the underwriting and credit evaluation of complex transactions, including financial modeling, debt sizing, and full-scope due diligence. This role requires the management of an active credit portfolio and close collaboration with front office, legal, market risk, and finance teams throughout the deal life cycle. The VP will also be expected to develop and present credit recommendations to senior stakeholders, assess risks related to hedging products, and support transaction and ISDA negotiations. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in credit risk, project finance, or structured finance, with a strong background in infrastructure and/or power, particularly in renewables. The role demands a proven ability to independently lead transactions, supported by strong financial analysis, cash flow modeling, and credit structuring skills. Experience in fast-paced environments, exposure to derivatives and hedging products, and excellent communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders are essential. The position offers significant deal exposure across various asset stages and requires a candidate who can operate effectively in a dynamic and challenging setting.
