About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Employee Relations to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing new employee relations strategies, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, and overseeing workplace investigations. This role requires the ability to find fair resolutions to employee disputes, enhance employee morale, and provide mediation as needed. The Vice President will also be tasked with developing conflict resolution and communication training programs, addressing workplace issues and risks, and leading the employee relations team. Applicants for the Vice President of Employee Relations position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience in employee relations, with a strong familiarity of multi-state HR laws. Expert knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices is essential, and experience within the fashion or retail industry is a plus. The role demands excellent interpersonal, communication, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills, as well as experience in managing a diverse workforce. The Vice President will be expected to collaborate with other business leaders to align company goals and perform other duties as assigned.
