About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of People & Culture to serve as a strategic and compassionate leader, dedicated to creating and maintaining an engaging, inclusive, and mission-aligned workplace. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of People & Culture at the company include providing vision and leadership in cultivating a positive workplace culture, partnering with executive leadership on organizational strategies, and leading change management initiatives. The role also involves overseeing HR administration, developing and maintaining HR metrics, and managing annual performance review processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and at least 10 years of HR leadership experience, with a proven track record in enhancing organizational culture and a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. They should be adept at managing complexity, balancing staff needs with organizational constraints, and be passionate about the mission of the organization.
