About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Oncology Operations to provide executive leadership and strategic oversight of all outpatient oncology operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of medical oncology, radiation oncology, infusion services, and oncology research. This role requires a leader who can ensure the delivery of efficient, patient-centered cancer care, and is accountable for enterprise oncology strategy, operational performance, staffing models, and regulatory compliance. The SVP will also be tasked with integrating oncology research operations into clinical workflows and establishing performance accountability across oncology divisions. Candidates for this role should have a Master’s degree in a related field, with advanced executive education or equivalent enterprise leadership experience, and a minimum of 12 years' progressive healthcare leadership experience, including at least 7 years in oncology or related multi-site specialty practice operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operating within physician-owned or physician-governed practice models, leading multi-site operational teams, and influencing executive governance structures. Key responsibilities include partnering with physician owners and executive leadership to optimize operational performance, aligning infrastructure with practice patterns, and driving service line growth. The role demands a leader who can provide data-driven guidance, ensure operational readiness for program expansion, and maintain strong system alignment with the integrated oncology network.
