About the Role

The VP will work closely with cross-functional teams to expand the company's portfolio of programs and strengthen its position as a leading patent pool administrator. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' of experience in business development, licensing, technology strategy, or related fields, and a strong technical background in at least one of the specified domains. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts, the ability to bridge technical depth with business outcomes, and a highly collaborative approach to influencing senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, and experience with standards bodies or industry consortia. Key responsibilities include industry engagement, thought leadership, and contributing to the company's overall strategic roadmap.
