About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Labor Relations to take on a high-impact leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's collective bargaining strategy, overseeing the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, and managing a large, nationwide department of labor relations professionals. This role requires a hands-on, business-oriented leader with a minimum of ten years' experience in negotiating and administering collective bargaining agreements, including first chair experience in negotiations, labor arbitrations, and grievance proceedings. The Vice President will also be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with key labor organizations, external representatives, and senior leadership to ensure the alignment of talent strategy with business results. Applicants for the Vice President of Labor Relations position at the company should have a law or related degree, with a preference for a Master's in Labor Relations.
