About the Role

The Company is seeking an AVP for Workday People Systems to lead a strategic and collaborative team within the HR Operations department. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, delivering, and continuously improving the company's people-related business processes and the technologies that support them. This role involves leading a team of People Systems Analysts, overseeing the Workday platform, and managing complex initiatives. The AVP will also be a key partner across various business functions, including HR, IT, Legal, and external partners, to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the Workday system. A strong focus on modernizing the platform, including the integration of AI and automation, is essential. Applicants for the AVP, Workday People Systems position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' of Workday functional delivery or advisory experience, with at least 5 years' in a people/team leadership role. The role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, Workday data structures, and best practices in configuration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing blended delivery models, including offshore or third-party resources, and the ability to advise senior stakeholders on strategic decisions.
